Employment & Ministry Opportunities

COMPACT Family Services is looking for compassionate adults/couples who have a heart for ministry to children and youth (ages 5-18) who are also interested in full-time employment. Below you'll find the current job openings. From time-to-time positions open on campus in the following areas: houseparents, social workers, dining hall director/cooks, maintenance, construction, barn ministry/animal therapy, grounds workers, office staff, and other fulfilling ministry opportunities.

We are accepting applications for the following positions:

Applicants for the position of Case Manager for AG COMPACT Family Services, Hillcrest campus will be responsible for completing assessments, case planning, and casework services for children and families.  Case Managers meet regularly with each child on his/her assigned caseload and maintain appropriate documentation.  Case Managers also act as a liaison between COMPACT Family Services and families, school officials, court and other childcare organizations.  

Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or a Bachelor's Degree and two years work experience in a human services field.  A valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required.  Previous casework experience is helpful and applicant must have knowledge in use of Microsoft programs.

Applicants for the position of Houseparents/Relief Houseparents for AG COMPACT Family Services, Hillcrest campus need to be a mature, compassionate husband and wife team with a heart for ministry and/or credentialed ministers. They provide supervision, structure and assistance in meeting abused/neglected children’s physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs while teaching them life skills. It is a wonderful opportunity to invest in the lives of children and youth. Serve foster children and youth in a group home on a beautiful, 55+ acre campus.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required.
