COMPACT Family Services is looking for compassionate adults/couples who have a heart for ministry to children and youth (ages 5-18) who are also interested in full-time employment. Below you'll find the current job openings. From time-to-time positions open on campus in the following areas: houseparents, case managers and other fulfilling ministry opportunities. 

We are accepting applications for the following positions:

 

CASE MANAGER
Applicants for the position of Case Manager for AG COMPACT Family Services, Hillcrest campus will be responsible for completing assessments, case planning, and casework services for children and families.  Case Managers meet regularly with each child on his/her assigned caseload and maintain appropriate documentation.  Case Managers also act as a liaison between COMPACT Family Services and families, school officials, court and other childcare organizations.

 

 
Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or a Bachelor's Degree and two years’ work experience in a human services field.  A valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required.  Previous casework experience is helpful and applicant must have knowledge in use of Microsoft programs. FAMILY CONSULTANT (FOSTER CARE) HOT SPRINGS

The Family Consultant is Compact’s unique approach to foster care case management.  Family Consultants serve Compact foster families in a supportive and collaborative role.  They coordinate therapeutic, medical, and educational services as well as serve as a hub of communication between foster families and DCFS, court, and other outside entities.  Family Consultants make regular in-home visits for foster families, offering support and encouragement as well as assistance with training implementation and case planning.  The Family Consultant will also be responsible for providing solutions to challenges that foster families face.

 

This is a full-time salaried position with varying work hours will be based in Hot Springs, AR at the Hillcrest Campus. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field or a Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ work experience in a human services field.  A valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required.  Previous casework experience is helpful, and applicant must have knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.

RELIEF HOUSEPARENT EVENING SHIFT

Applicant for the evening shift provides support to those Houseparents/Relief Houseparents who are on duty and assigned to each cottage with special emphasis on the QRTP cottages. Houseparents/Relief Houseparents are responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment for children who come from abused, abandoned, neglected or dysfunctional homes.  The evening shift will engage in regular interaction with residents from all cottages during the early evening hours with a focus on building relationships with all new residents arriving on campus. Later evening hours will involve the monitoring of cameras and on call availability for the purpose of necessary support of elevated situations and overall campus surveillance.  High school diploma or equivalent, 21 years of age, valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and completing 30 hours of job-related training each year are all requirements for this position.Prior childcare experience and Security experience are preferred.


 

HOUSEPARENTS/RELIEF HOUSEPARENTS
Applicants for the position of Houseparents/Relief Houseparents for AG COMPACT Family Services, Hillcrest campus need to be a mature, compassionate husband and wife team with a heart for ministry and/or credentialed ministers. They provide supervision, structure and assistance in meeting abused/neglected children’s physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs while teaching them life skills. It is a wonderful opportunity to invest in the lives of children and youth. Serve foster children and youth in a group home on a beautiful, 55+ acre campus.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required.
