COMPACT Family Services is looking for compassionate adults/couples who have a heart for ministry to children and youth (ages 5-18) who are also interested in full-time employment. Below you'll find the current job openings. From time-to-time positions open on campus in the following areas: houseparents, case managers and other fulfilling ministry opportunities. 

We are accepting applications for the following positions:


Safe Care is a home-visiting program designed to equip and empower vulnerable families to better care for their children under 6 years old.  Applicants for the position of Safe Care Supervisor need to have a heart for vulnerable children and families.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee a team of providers who deliver Safe Care programming to referred families in the area.
  • Ensure quality and adherence to the fidelity of the Safe Care model among agency providers.
  • Maintain a steady flow of referrals from Arkansas Department of Children’s and Family Services into the Safe Care program by communicating regularly with county offices.
  • Conducting an intake for all families referred to the Safe Care program.
  • Participate actively in all training programs
  • Report a suspected child maltreatment and /or suspected child maltreatment
  • May participate in family centered meetings and o/or court hearings on an as needed or requested basis.

Applicants must have bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.  Field of Study include Social work, Education, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or related field in Human Services along with 2 years’ experience in Home Visiting, Child Development and/or Parenting. Preferably, the applicant will have a master’s degree.  Field of study include Social work, Education, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or related field in Human Services.

Candidate is also required to have a Class D Arkansas Driver’s License with good driving record.



Applicants for the position of Assistant Residential Director need to have a heart for vulnerable children and families. Responsibilities will include: assist the residential program director in fulfillment of department requirements; monitor program compliance in regard to campus policies, state minimum licensure requirements, and contract service deliverables; assist with data collection and management in accordance with Council on Accreditation standards and timelines; provide on-call assistance to the residential department; manage admission process; and supervise designated personnel.

Applicant must have a Master’s degree or higher in a human services field (child development, psychology, sociology, social work, counseling and guidance, divinity or education) and three years of work experience in a child welfare agency. 24 hours of job related CEU per year will be required.

Applicants for the position of Houseparents/Relief Houseparents for AG COMPACT Family Services, Hillcrest campus need to be a mature, compassionate husband and wife team with a heart for ministry and/or credentialed ministers. They provide supervision, structure and assistance in meeting abused/neglected children’s physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs while teaching them life skills. It is a wonderful opportunity to invest in the lives of children and youth. Serve foster children and youth in a group home on a beautiful, 55+ acre campus.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required.
